Same day delivery request for orders placed begore 2:00.
Delivery charges will apply at checkout.

San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Ross, Kentfield, Greenbrae, San Quentin, Larkspur, Corte Madera, Mill Valley, Belvedere Tiburon
Shipping rates:
San Rafael area: $12- $13
Greenbrae, Kent field, Ross, Fair Fax, San Anselmo: $13- $14
Corte Madera: $14- $15
Mill Valley, Tiburon: $24- $25
Sausalito, Marin city: $28- $30
Novato : $18- $30
Orders must include the recipient's name and phone number.
Please make sure that you provide the correct address and APT #.
Orders without the correct address will be returned back to the store and a second delivery fee will be required to redeliver the order.
Drivers may contact the recipient to ensure she/he will be home to accept the delivery.
If no one responding at the delivery time for prove of delivery, photo will be sent to the resident phone number to let them know about delivery.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, as same day delivery we are normally able to deliver after 2:00 pm.
Expedited delivery on morning or specific time will vary on the resident address.
You may request more things or change on items as additional instruction box on checkout page, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Deliveries to the business address will be on first list on delivery and for funeral services will be 1 hour or at least 30 minutes before the service time.
We are unable to deliver flowers to the P.O. Box addresses.

Refund and cancelation policy.
Orders with store pickup option should be picked up by customer at the requested schedule.
No refund for store pickup orders.
Cancelation accepted only 24 hours before requested scheduled.
For prove of delivery our drivers taking photos to report to the shop which checking by manager at the same time.
** Full refunded only accepted by the Flower Shop manager and will be given upon return of the product within 24 hours to the shop by customer.
